Why We Built This Site
Georgia generally begins with public access to court files, subject to sealing, privacy, and other lawful limits. Peach County adds a practical challenge because there is no single statewide public search covering every local court. The Clerk of Superior Court keeps the principal Superior docket, Magistrate Court offers a separate public civil search, and the other local courts maintain their own records. The resource brings those official channels, addresses, case-number clues, and request steps into one clear local reference.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal court dockets and civil court dockets are searched and read in Peach County
- Court dates and settings: how to use the court schedule and confirm a setting with its clerk
- Case lookups: how to run a docket search by name or case number through the correct court channel
- Record requests: how court case records and certified copies are obtained from the responsible clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Georgia court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages and control their own results, prices, and services. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports free access to the reference pages. The provider, not Peach County Court Docket, determines what its search returns and what it charges.
